Brought the car in for a recall. Technicians discovered a broken spring, but the cost to replace this was more reasonable than I'd expected for work carried out at a main dealer. Car was fixed and ready for pick up the next day.

Car returned to Group 1 for replacement tyre and MOT re-test but tyre not delivered so could not be done while I waited. Loan car provided. MOT inspection notification not turned off. Will require another visit.

Felt as though my issue I outlined and asked to be looked into was fobbed off. I was told that it couldn't be considered warranty as it was found on the health check even though I told you about the issue? I've never had this previously.

Whilst I was satisfied with the service, during cleaning the interior, the cover of the i drive scroller was detached and lost. The BMW colleague said he would speak to his manager to find a solution over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting!

They were easy to find, and the drop off was very easy too. I used the automated key drop in a box near the main entrance. I was told the procedure could take up to two hours, but after just over an hour the car was ready and had been cleaned too

I'm giving this answer because I have been to other main dealers around Essex and their service is next to nothing. Leaving the car with them, nobody calls you back for weeks, they pick and choose jobs, only want to do oil changing, easy jobs.

Had an air bag replaced and there were grease/dirty marks all around steering wheel. Seems mechanics don't clean up after, not the first time. Car was washed half heartedly, only two tyres were blackened and they were poor as missed most of it.
