A good experience but felt that there is a lot of overlap in the Package contents. Discounts aren't necessarily a true saving for the buyer. It's a trick IMHO. Overall I was pleased with the experience and Jake did an awesome job.

Communication was not great. It was very difficult obtaining updates during the delivery process as phone calls and emails were not returned; I needed to continually chase to get a response. Communication was fine before I paid my deposit.

Paul was very helpful from the start to the end. Also, he helped me on another Finance related issue with BMW Finance Services, which was not related to Paul, but he helped me on this to resolve it much faster.

This time my booking with Group 1 Chelmsford was for an MOT annual inspection. I was able to book online and arrange a date and time that I was able to wait while the MOT was carried out. Video Vehicle Health Check was informative and very useful.

Booking process & being kept informed was 5* but the video is a complete waste of time as you can't hear what they're saying as the car is in the workshop with lots of background noise while the mechanic is recording telling you about the car.

Brought the car in for a recall. Technicians discovered a broken spring, but the cost to replace this was more reasonable than I'd expected for work carried out at a main dealer. Car was fixed and ready for pick up the next day.

Whilst I was satisfied with the service, during cleaning the interior, the cover of the i drive scroller was detached and lost. The BMW colleague said he would speak to his manager to find a solution over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting!
